What to do when you are taking on other people’s pain

 Here’s a summary of what I cover in this video:

  • Take your own inventory
  • Create new boundaries
  • Look at your own trauma patterns
  • Withdraw your energy from places it doesn’t belong
  • Recognize that everyone is on a healing journey – whether they’re conscious of it or not and don’t “Try” to shove your healing knowledge toward them if there’s no opening for it.
