A week ago, I spent an entire week at home, nursing myself from “ick” (no typo here, I do mean “ick”!) to well. I had been exposed to a serious amount of germs and I knew that my body was going to need support in detoxing from them.
I use to dread being sick. Then I realized, a bunch of years ago, that being “sick” didn’t need to be so painful! If I work with my body, instead of against it, things go much more smoothly. So I started doing just that. And ever since then, I developed a new point of view around it and changed my approach. The result is I get better faster, and I am happier throughout the time I am “sick”.
I realize this might be something you want to do too, so I want to share it with you. Check it out.
I wonder what your point of view is around being “sick”? Whatever it is, I want to remind you that whenever you change your point of view, your body adjusts right along with it!
