How to expand your frequency

  • Generosity and kindness
  • Meditation or dedicated quiet time with your breath/practices
  • Eating healthy food and drinking a lot of water
  • Caring for/being in a relationship with the earth
  • Sleep and honoring your body’s natural rhythms
  • Listen to frequency-based music – solfeggio, crystal bowls, etc.
  • Work with the vibration of your own voice and sound
  • Gratitude
  • Eliminating toxins – alcohol, substances, processed sugar
    • When your system isn’t forced to process these dense things, you heal faster and your frequency is not interrupted
  • Align with where you want to be and take steps toward it
    • Create a vision, take a class, mentor, training to help you get there

And here’s some bonus information not in the video friends. There are things you don’t have to do to expand your frequency.

 

What you don’t have to do to expand your frequency:

  • Think positive thoughts all the time
  • Be nice to everyone and say yes all the time
  • Ignore the “bad” emotions
  • Avoid reality
  • Ignore injustices
