One of my favorite classes to teach. I offer this for kids age 8-12 and it is a blast.
Children are naturally sensitive to energy and have a blast not only learning how to practice Reiki, but learning about their own energy systems. We will learn about our chakras & talk about the importance of living life with healthy boundaries. We will talk about connecting to our own guidance/wisdom system & how this practice can help us in everyday life.
Children are a blessing and they help to shape our world in a very important way. Its necessary for us to show them how to shape their world so that they know how blessed and amazing they are! I am honored to offer this class and look forward to working with you all!
